At Raaz by JZ, we are committed to delivering your order quickly, safely, and transparently. Our shipping process is designed to meet the standards of both our local and international customers, while remaining compliant with Google Merchant policies.

Shipping Destinations
We currently ship nationwide across Pakistan and internationally to countries including the United States, the United Kingdom, the Middle East, and other regions.

Currency Used for Shipping Charges

  • Domestic orders (Pakistan): PKR

  • International orders (USA and others): USD

Domestic Shipping (Pakistan)

  • Shipping Charges: Free delivery on all orders nationwide

  • Handling Time: 1 to 2 business days from order confirmation to dispatch

  • Estimated Delivery Time:

    • Major cities: 2 to 3 business days

    • Remote towns/villages: 3 to 5 business days

  • Courier Partners: TCS, Leopard Courier, M&P, Trax

  • Order Tracking: Tracking information is shared via email or SMS upon dispatch

International Shipping (United States)

  • Shipping Charges: $30 USD flat rate per order

  • Handling Time: 1 to 3 business days

  • Estimated Transit Time: 6 to 10 business days

  • Courier Services: DHL, FedEx, or Pakistan Post EMS

  • Duties & Taxes: Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties or import taxes as per their country’s laws

  • Order Tracking: International orders are fully trackable; tracking ID is provided after dispatch

Return & Refund Policy

  • Pakistan Orders: Returns accepted within 15 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging.

  • USA Orders: 30-day return window available. Returns are accepted by mail. A flat return shipping fee of $30 USD will be deducted. Refunds are issued as store credit.

  • Return Method: Return by mail only (no in-store or pickup returns currently)

  • Refund Type: Store credit only for international orders
