Pakistan Orders

  • Return Window: Returns accepted within 15 days of delivery

  • Return Shipping: Free return shipping across Pakistan

  • Refund Method: Customers can choose between a store credit or original payment refund

  • Restocking Fee: No restocking fee applies

  • Eligibility: Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned in original packaging with all tags attached

  • Final Sale Items: Items marked as final sale are not eligible for return or exchange

USA & International Orders

  • Return Window: Returns accepted within 90 days of delivery

  • Return Shipping: Customers are required to cover return shipping ($30 USD flat return fee)

  • Refund Method: Refunds are provided in the form of store credit only

  • Restocking Fee: No restocking fee applies

  • Eligibility: Products must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition with tags intact

  • Final Sale Items: Final sale or clearance items are not eligible for return

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, email us at info@raazbyjz.pk with your order number, reason for return, and any relevant photos (if applicable). Our support team will guide you through the return process and provide the necessary return address and instructions.

Important Notes

  • All returns must be shipped back within the return window

  • Refunds/store credits are issued after the returned item is inspected and approved

  • Any returns received after the window or in unacceptable condition will not be processed
